accually zimbabweans are not restricted to owning just 51 percent before this idiotic law. Its just there are not enough rich Zimbabweans to buy the companies. This is just another grab to dole out to the well connected....yeesh. and once in the hands of these idiots, where will they get the monies to maintain and pay for the ungoing operations of the these companies. certainly not from foreign investors with no garrantee on protection of assets(banks cant lend if they cant repossess companies on default loans). these people have no clue...they are just greedy for power. and by the way Mugabe sucks and so does Zanu PF.
