Thousands displaced in Cape Town flooding

Johannesburg - Heavy rains have made homeless Friday more than 4,000 people living in informal settlements in the Cape Peninsula, according to Sapa, the South African news agency.
The areas impacted by flooding include Samora Machel, Kosovo and Gugulethu.
Displaced persons were finding shelter in community halls and being provided with meals and blankets.
