accually the only thing stopping Africa from becoming prosperous are its greedy leaders, they in turn train others into the way easy money of robbing the national treasuries, while keeping the average African in poverty. Under the guise of Afrocentric nationalism they rob each other blind, and to hell with the rest, as they count their coins in countries of saftey.
