It is high time to hold the pirates for ransom so those who have already paid the pirates ransom can get their money back.
the international maritime community has been sitting on the fence.we all know that there are plenty of factors to consider.all the money they get is used for buying more sophistcated arms and equipment.they will also start from another source in africa to hold us to larger ransom.i do not see any reason to hold back now.arming the ships to some degree will certainly help.when the perps are caught there should be no question of legal avenues-just drop them at the south pole and forget about them.
