Nigerian oil militants warn of imminent bomb attack (Urgent)

Nairobi/Abuja - Nigeria's main oil militant group on Monday warned it would bomb a government building, giving the occupants thirty minutes to evacuate.
The Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND) said its operatives had planted three explosive devices in the compound of a government building in Warri State, and would detonate the first device at 1130 local time (1030GMT).
