Five foreign tourists killed in Ethiopia

Addis Abeba - Five foreign tourists have been killed in an attack in north-east Ethiopia, government spokesman Bereket Simon confirmed to dpa on Wednesday.
The dead comprised one German, one Belgian, one Italian, one Hungarian and one Australian. There were no Austrians among the dead contrary to previous media reports.
The attack occurred late Monday near the border to neighbouring Eritrea. Simon blamed a gang trained by the Eritrean government for the attack.
