Cars packed with explosives found in northern Nigeria

Monrovia/Abuja - Police discovered six cars packed with explosive devices on the outskirts of the northern Nigerian city of Kano, Nigerian television reported Monday.
The discovery came less than 72 hours after a wave of violence hit the city Friday, killing at least 180 people, according to hospital sources.
Reports said security forces safely detonated the devices safely.
