A handout satellite image made and released at 13:45 GMT by the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) of Tropical Storm Gustav as it moves west after killing at least 20 people in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. The storm is expected to pass over or near Jamaica Thursday and possibly hit the US mainland early next week.  EPA/NOAA / HO
