Oh, the vengeance of Heaven! Woe is me! For once in my life I am obliged to agree with Fidel Castro!
Ethanol is for drinkin'! Diesel is for driving! Somebody please explain that to the Bushbaby!
Have you nobrain? Moving to ethanol, cellulose or otherwise, is renewable and helps solve all sorts of problems environmental and geopolitical problems.
No, I most certainly have NOT lost my brain. That is why I am not fooled by the BS being peddled by the champions of ethanol as a fuel. Bio-diesel is another matter, it is about eighty-nine percent as efficient as diesel distilled from crude. Ethanol is about one third as efficient as gasoline and is already obliging drivers to visit the pumps more often. Big farm loves it. Big ag companies like Archer-Daniels-Midland, love it. Congress loves it because you'll pay more in fuel taxes, and even Big Oil loves it because they get to sell more gasoline because of it.
Ethanol does not help our pollution problems one wit, that's another big lie spread by 'Big Ag' and it certainly not help us stop throwing money at people who hate the United States. What it WILL do is increase pollution, increase the price of groceries for everyone and cause you to spend more money commuting. Are you getting it yet? This is a scam designed to cost you more money in the two places that hurt the most.
