Ten killed in heavy rainfall Colombia

Bogota - Heavy rainfall in Colombia has left 10 people dead, authorities said Tuesday.
The rains have caused flooding and mudslides across the South American country, affecting some 40,000 residents in 56 cities.
The country's rainy season began March 1.
