Earthquake of 5.7 strength shakes Mexico

Mexico City - An earthquake rated at 5.7 strength shook the capital Mexico City and the southern city of Guerrero Monday, sending thousands of people flooding out of office buildings and restaurants.
According to a radio report, the epicentre was in Guerrero about 300 kilometres south of Mexico City. Damage reports were not yet available.
