Sumatran Orang-utan Dewi licks pavlova from her hands on her birthday at Melbourne Zoo in Melbourne, Australia, 06 December 2011. Dewi, who turned one, was presented a gluten free pavlova, a unique Australian desert, as her father who also ate the cake is gluten in-tolerant. The Sumatran Orang-utan is endangered in the wild due to the spread of palm oil plantations, which clear the rainforest habitat of orang-utans and a myriad of other tropical wildlife species.
