In the mid 1980s I rented a video from the shop in Bangkok's Thai Daimaru Department Store. When the movie ended, after a few second I found myself watching an old black and white Dr Who episode. Obviously, it had been on the tape first and had been recorded over. Could it have been one of the missing episodes? Good luck finding them. I've never been a Dr Who fanatic, but my sister and nephew are.
Unlikely but possible. The claim is that episodes on film were cycled into the country in 1967, for them or others to have ended up on domestic VHS (if that's what you rented) there'd have had to be a massive cross over.
But, always the optimist, can you recall what you saw and describe it?
