Thai Constitution Court dissolves ruling party (Urgent)

Bangkok - Thailand's Constitution Court on Tuesday found the government's ruling People Power Party guilty of colluding in election fraud and dissolved it, banning its executive from politics, including the current Prime Minister Somchai Wongsawat.
