It's about time for the two countries to raise their relationship to the highest level possible. Our country need to speed up this process to make up the lost time and to contain those states that destabilizing the region. Vietnam should take this golden opportunity change their attitude about themselves, as the Senator said:
'By taking steps toward greater political liberalization, Vietnam has the chance not simply to match (China's) accomplishments but to surpass them,' McCain said.
