Myanmar wins one, draws one in "goodwill" bouts with Japan

Yangon, Myanmar 3(dpa) - Myanmar judokas won one bout and drew the other in a goodwill tournament between Japan and Myanmar held at the National Indoor Stadium in Yangon on Sunday.
Myanmar free-weight fighter Saw Nge (shark) Mann was victorious against Japan's Judo Black Belt kick-boxer Jin Kawa Hiroaki, while Myanmar's 2007 Gold Belt Champion Lon Chaw drew with Japan's Judo- Karate Black Belt kick boxer Samukawa.
Saw Nge Mann received a Golden Belt from Sports Minister Brigadier General Thura Aye Myint after the fight.
Myanmar Traditional Sports Federation Director General Colonel Thaung Htike gave medals to dual champions Lon Chaw and Samukawa.
