Beijing Torrential rain and flooding have left at least 15 dead and another five missing in southern China, state media reported Sunday.
More than 400,000 people have been relocated as heavy rains destroyed houses, cut power and inundated crops, the official Xinhua news agency reported.
Eight people died in central Hunan Province, five in Fujian and two in Jiangxi Province, the report said.
