Plane reported hijacked in China's Xinjiang (Urgent)

Beijing - An aircraft was hijacked Sunday in China's restive western Xinjiang region, the official Xinhua news agency said.
Xinjiang's Uighur Autonomous Region was the scene of last month's deadly riots, resulting in a security sweep and large-scale arrests.
