Indonesian maid jailed for having sex with employer's underage son

Singapore - A Singapore court on Wednesday sentenced an Indonesian maid who had sex with the underage son of her employer to three years in jail, a newspaper reported.
The 27-year-old, who was not identified, admitted that she had sex with the boy in the family home several times last year when he was 11 and 12 years old, the online edition of The Straits Times said.
The abuse came to light when the boy confided in his father.
The judge said a harsh sentence was necessary for the single maid to send a strong message that such abhorrent behaviour would not be tolerated, the report said.
