German receives 7-month sentence on Bali for marijuana possession

Denpasar, Indonesia - A court on Indonesia's resort island of Bali on Monday sentenced a German national to seven months in prison for the possession of 1.26 grams of marijuana.
Andreas Wolfgang Binder, 33, was arrested in January in his Bali hotel room, where police found the drug.
Binder's lawyer Andre Rachmad said his client accepted the sentence.
Binder was expected to be deported on Tuesday because he has been detained since the arrest seven months ago, the lawyer said.
