LEAD: Murder charge follows Sydney nursing home fire

Sydney - A male nurse was charged with murder Saturday after a fire at a Sydney nursing home killed five elderly residents and injured dozens.
The fire broke out before dawn Friday in two separate wings of the nursing home.
Roger Dean, a 35-year-old registered nurse who had worked at the home for only a short time, was charged with four counts of murder.
After the arraignment, another victim died of injuries.
