Jan 18, 2012, 11:41 GMT
Phnom Penh - Six villagers were shot during a land dispute in western Cambodia's Kratie province on Wednesday, a rights group said.
Non-governmental organisation Licadho said that two women and four men were wounded mid-morning.
Adhoc, a rights group, said two of the six were severely injured.
The villagers are believed to have been opposing the clearance of farmland in Snoul district when bullets were fired by private security guards.
