Britney Spear's ex-husband hospitalized in Australia
Jan 23, 2012, 8:11 GMT
Sydney - Kevin Federline, the former husband of pop star Britney Spears, was in hospital Monday after reporting chest pains while filming a weight-loss reality show in Sydney.
Initial fears that the 33-year-old had suffered a heart attack were put to rest.
A spokesman for the production company filming Excess Baggage said an ambulance was called because of Federline's soaring pulse rate.
Federline, whose marriage to Spears lasted two years from 2004, weighed in at 105 kilograms at the start of filming in November.
This is the second cardiac episode the former singer, dancer and model has had since filming began in Australia.
