China's Wen to open Hanover Fair on Germany visit in April

Hanover, Germany - Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao is to visit Germany in April to jointly open the annual Hanover Fair with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, the organizers of the trade expo said Thursday.
They said Wen confirmed the date during Merkel's visit to Beijing, which began on Thursday. The fair, which runs April 23-27 and promotes a broad range of engineering products, is to include Chinese exports as a highlight this year.
The two leaders are to open it at a ceremony on the evening of April 22.
