China's almost totally dependent on US trade. When we shut off the spigot, just how screwed are they? Same with any exporting nation, that depends onour markets.

with the US losing so many middle class blue collar jobs (ie auto and manifacturing). the money is in too few hands to keep consumer spending on an even keel. Rich people dont make the engine of the economy, its the people who earn under 50000 that spend it on the smaller cheaper items that keeps the economy afloat. The money they spend is in a constant flow out of their pockets and into the economy on a daily bases. While the rich
use their paper wealth as their cash flow and buy things that arent part of the overall engine of the economy. the goverment has punished companies that hire people and rewarded paper wealth in its taxation.
if you hand 10 million...their is more paper work in setting up a company and hiring people then to just plop the money into a bank and earn interest.

You're right JUha wealth is concentrating in smaller and even smaller circles .Hence the raising sales of Rolls Royce's and Porsche in the USA ,up with 26 percent in one year .Te crisis does not strike all .The business of super yachts is booming too .The wealthy americans, and europeans have heavily invested in China ?When you were your favorite Calvin Klein,Nike,Reebok Fruit of the Loom or whatever is fashionable you ought to know it is all mass produced in China,Indonesia and other third world countries for a few bucks and sold 30 times the manufacturing price in the outlet .More is spent on advertising than on manufacturing .All the money made is reaped by just a few individual whilst the people making the stuff are paid peanuts .only an idiot like SP4 can glorify himself with the illusion that he has any power in this mechanism .Ifthe USA or Europe would stop importing the whole economy would collapse even further ,the rich would just sail away to the virgin islands or monaco and wouldn't give a rat's ass about what the USA becomes,or Europe .Money knows no borders ,knows no patriotism, knows no ethics. It just accumulates, that's all.
