Singapore Airlines signs sale and leaseback deal

Singapore - Singapore Airlines (SIA) has signed a sale and leaseback deal on five of its Boeing 777 aircraft, the carrier said on Tuesday.
The aircraft will be sold to Pembroke Group Ltd, a subsidiary of Standard Chartered Bank, and then leased back to SIA under the agreement.
The financial details were not disclosed.
