Taiwanese LCD TV shipments up in 2nd quarter

Taipei - Shipments of Taiwanese LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) TVs grew slightly in the second quarter of 2008, the Market Intelligence Centre (MIC) said.
Shipments reached 4.57 million units, up 8.3 per cent from the first quarter and 41.3 per cent year on year.
