It is beyond me why the Ukraine wants to borrow worthless US dollars.
Do you understand, absolutely worthless dollars ! Confetti money. The yanks are kidding themselves that they are worth something. The IMF has to wise up as well. Why should the Ukraine pay back worthless monopoly money ? Or be held to account for worthless money. We are all in this hideous position because the yanks defrauded all of us ! Mainly from banks owned by 'Heh, you know who !!' They broke Germany in the 1930s and now they have done it to the yanks ! And quite a few others as well. When are you all going to waken up ???
Get back to the gold standard folks or get buying some Yuan.

Yulia, your a dream !!! Would love to meet you. Your lovely country does not know how lucky they are to have you !
