Judge gerber claims that GM's loss would be catastrophic. Just who is paying to keep this company afloat. They filed bankruptcy once before back when Durante formed the company. The new GM should be honest with the people and name it Government Motors Company, with the statement: Owned by the government, payed for by the people. Would you really buy one and pay for it a second time? Or for those of you who won't buy one, why should you have to pay for them to be on the road?
