Australian stocks follow Wall Street up

Sydney - Australian stocks gained more than 2 per cent Thursday in response to a massive jump on Wall Street.
The ASX 200 added 92 points, or 2.1 per cent, to 4,435.
The gains were led by the big four banks, with Commonwealth Bank surging 4.9 per cent, National Australia Bank gaining 4.3 per cent, Westpac ending 3.9 per cent higher and the ANZ up 3.1 per cent.
