Indonesian shares surge 2.09 per cent

Jakarta - Indonesian shares rose more than 2 per cent Thursday, follow a surge on Asian markets as well as a rise on Wall Street overnight.
The Jakarta Composite Index closed at 2,396.49, up 49.13 points, or 2.09 per cent.
