Singapore trade expands 15 per cent in March

Singapore - Singapore's total trade expanded by 15 per cent in March to 88.4 billion Singapore dollars (about 71 billion US dollars), the country's trade promotion agency said Monday.
Exports rose by 12.8 per cent, supported by sales of ships, machinery and chemicals.
Imports increased by 17.2 per cent, the trade agency said.
