Feb 11, 2012, 11:06 GMT
Athens - The leader of Greece's main conservative party on Saturday insisted the country must hold snap elections as soon as a bond swap deal with the country's private creditors is completed.
Antonis Samaras of New Democracy also told his deputies to vote in favour of new austerity measures, allowing Greece to receive a new bailout from its international lenders, in a parliamentary vote scheduled for Sunday.
