Marathon Oil to invest 3.2 billion dollars in refinery

New York - The US company Marathon Oil Corporation plans to invest 3.2 billion dollars to expand refinery capacity at its Garyville, Louisiana plant, the firm said Tuesday.
The investment would increase capacity by 180,000 barrels bringing total capacity to 425,000 barrels, the Houston, Texas-based firm said.
The increase would bring the firms total refining capacity to 1.2 million barrels per day.
