Aug 12, 2006, 19:04 GMT
Zurich - Hundreds of thousands of ravers and techno fans took to the streets of Zurich on Saturday for the city's fifteenth street parade.
By noon, the 'Mainstation party' was already in full swing at the central train station and the whole city was warming up for the spectacular event, with 100 parties, both large and small, taking place throughout the city.
Disc jockeys entertained the crowd along the 2.4-kilometre route of the parade, in which 32 'love mobile' floats took part.
The parade passed off peacefully with no major incidents, Swiss police said.
