Serves the kid right. I can't say I haven't been tempted to 'accidently' pour a beaker of sulphuric acid over an annoying kids face.

My life as a teacher was hell. Insolent kids that have learnt from their parents that there are no real consequences for their actions.

When I made a kid cry it was music to my ears, I used to enjoy every second of it. Sadly it usually wasn't the worst kids that would cry but the poor bastards that were constantly picked on. I guess you have to take your jollies as you get them.

WTF. Accident My Ass, its not everyday you just happened to 'accidently' cut off a kid's tongue after you threaten him.

She should be in jail for that. Hell the parent should sue the hell out of her.

Sure the kid was noisy, but he's just 7 years old, you can't expect any better from him.

Right dcecision, Ex-teacher, you can't fight fire with fire, you have to counter it with what they lack. You proclaim that you don't have that 'special something', you know you don't belong in teaching. What you do have is the same screaming weenie factor as the kids you despise, just larger.

Apparently this story is severely slanted, and should be corrected. The Italian press are reporting that the incident was an accident. The child's tongue was not cut off, but required stitches after he, angry at the teacher threatening him to be quite or else.. ran towards the teacher carrying scissors, and BAM! you have your story.
