German Holocaust denier Rudolf jailed for 30 months

Mannheim, Germany - A 42-year-old German neo-Nazi who claims the Holocaust never happened was jailed for 30 months by a court in the south-western city of Mannheim on Thursday.
At the start of his trial in November, Germar Rudolf had called the Holocaust 'a gigantic fraud.' He was last year expelled from the United States to Germany, which charged him with incitement to racial hatred.
A chemist, Rudolf has published pseudo-scientific claims that it was impossible that Zyklon-B poison was used in the gas chambers at the Nazis' Auschwitz death camp.
Denial of the Holocaust is punishable in Germany with up to five years in jail.
Last month, another US-based German neo-Nazi, Ernst Zuendel, was sentenced to five years in jail for his books and websites which contained fulsome praise of Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler and abuse towards Jews.
Rudolf lived in the United States after his conviction by a court in Stuttgart for inciting racial hatred in 1995 and associated with Zuendel. The United States has no laws against neo-Nazi teachings.

I've got news for you. The bodies your Uncle Bob saw--assuming they were Jewish bodies and not German bodies, of which there was a massive glut at the time--were killed, not by the Germans, but by the 'Good Guys.' The Allies bombed the hell out of the supply lines to the concentration camps, knowing full well that many inmates would die for lack not only of food and medicine, but also of Zyklon B, with which the Germans fumigated clothes at the camps to kill lice and thus prevent rampant typhus epidemics. This was done knowingly and intentionally--in fact the Germans informed the Allies of the looming disaster and requested that they, the Allies, should take over the concentration camps, and/or they should allow the Red Cross access to the camps.
The Allies refused both requests. Does it not appear, therefore, that the piles of bodies found by soldiers when they 'liberated' the camps were neither accidental nor unexpected, but had been cynically planned by the Allied decision-makers in order to be exploited as 'proof' of an extermination program that never existed?

It was the expulsion of the Germans from East Prussia, Pomerania, Silesia, and Mecklenburg.
During this expulsion it has been estimated that upwards of 2 million Germans were killed by the Soviet ground forces, US airforces, British airforces, partisans, cold, and hunger.
That was done just between January and May 1945.
Another 1.1 million German POW's were killed by General Eisenhower AFTER the war was supposed to be ended. It was simple retribution against troops in uniform that were SUPPOSED to be protected under the Geneva Convention.

The imprisonment of Rudolf and Zundel seems rather belated.
On the official Auschwitz Museum site at www.auschwitz-muzeum.oswiecim.pl it is now openly admitted that the gas chamber there is a reconstruction.
Quote: 'After the war, the Museum carried out a partial reconstruction. The chimney and two incinerators were rebuilt using original components, as were several of the openings in the gas chamber roof.'
So if Rudolf could not find Hydrogen Cyanide deposits in parts of the alleged gas chamber, then he is only speaking the truth, according to the museum itself. (Though the museum denied this until recently)
Similarly, after claims by Zundel and others that the over four million victims at Auschwitz is an impossibly high figure, the Auschwitz museum has reduced the estimated number of victims to one million, even destroying memorial plaques that reflected the higher figure and replacing it with the new one-million figure, thus exonerating what Zundel had claimed all along.
That these two gentlemen (pacifists both of them) should be imprisoned for speaking the same truth that the Auschwitz museum has belatedly come around to admitting, is reminiscent of the Pope jailing Galileo for stating a physical truth, or of the scandalous judicial harrassment of the Jewish victim, Dreyfus, more than a century ago.
This boils down to jailing people for speaking out, and refusing them the right to present any form of legal defense based on forensic or other evidence. Even Zundel's legal team is now threatened with prosecution for attempting to introduce forensic evidence in defense.
The German judicial system in this sense is despicable at best. Presenting a legal defense should be a right - not a crime. Perceived wrongs such as this is the probably the main reason for the existance of sites such as zundelsite.org and adolfthegreat.com - sites where I challenge readers to find any shred of antisemitism or hatred. There should be mutual understanding of the suffering endured by Jews during WWII, and of suffering endured by Germans after the war. Both are real, and it is high time the truth is permitted to emerge so that we can finally put the war behind us.

The sentencing of Germar Rudolf to 30 months in prison is an indictment of Germany. Germany has a terrible human rights record and should be widely condemned. Rudolf is a serious scholar who has come to no longer believe in the story of mass exterminations through the use of gas chambers during the Second World War. He has written and published extensively on the topic including having published his initial report which got him into so much trouble with the German government: 'The Rudolf Report: Expert Report on Chemical and Technical Aspects of the 'Gas Chambers' of Auschwitz.' Today we see on television and throughout the media frequent 'denials' of the divinity of Christ. This has become commonplace and is seen as generally acceptable fare. Why then, is the Holocaust protected by what can only be described as 21st Century 'blasphemy' laws which seem to harken all the way back to the dark ages?

According to leading Holocaust authorities Jean-Claude Pressac and Robert Jan van Pelt writing in their article 'The Machinery of Mass Murder at Auschwitz' which is contained in an anthology published by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, 'Anatomy of the Auschwitz Death Camp' the SS were using 95% of the Zyklon B for delousing and only 5% for mass exterminations. They write: 'Inflating by more than 3,000 percent the quantities needed to do the job in the gas chambers allowed the SS to siphon off more than 95 percent for delousing.' (p.215) Why this insane charade? They claim that Rudolf Hoess was hiding the deplorable unsanitary conditions at Auschwitz which resulted in a typhus epidemic from none other than Heinrich Himmler! Therefore, as the 'official' story goes 95% of the Zyklon was being used to keep the concentration camp inmates alive, while the other 5% was being used to kill them.
Be careful before you express doubt at this lunacy, it could result in 5 years in prison in Germany!

As I recall, one of the famous quotes from the Enlightenment period of history was, 'I may not agree with what you say but I am willing to die to defend your right to say it.' This 30 month sentence goes so against the grain of the tradition of free, unrestricted speech, a freedom developed by the ancient Greeks and their philosophers, that this is a real wake up call to the danger of a 'totalitarianism light' descending over the Western world.

I am not a holocaust expert, but one thing I have is a higher education. I have read both sides, that is, the official Hollywood version and the new version, and I tell you, honestly, I don't see anything wrong in the writtings of these new historians investigators that calls for hate or the like.
The official Hollywood version is a gross exageration. As time passes it is being proved more and more that is wrong and the only way left to enforce it is by punushing people.

WHY MORE AND MORE PEOPLE QUESTION THE HOLOCAUST.
Decades later, many people (including many Jews themselves) continue to
question the Holocaust. Here are some of the many troubling questions:
There were only 1.5 Million Jews in the countries Hitler controlled, and 3 million claim to be 'Holocaust survivors', then how could 6 million Jews have died?
If Hitler wanted to exterminate Jews, why would he just not order them shot, instead of arresting each one and transporting the millions far away to Poland?
There is little or no forensic or physical evidence supporting the 'Holocaust'.
The Auschwitz official records (recently released by the Russians) report only about 100,000 deaths there.
There has never been found in the tons of documents seized any order signed by Hitler ordering mass extermination of Jews.
The signs at Auschwitz which initially claimed 4 millions Jewish deaths was then replaced with another sign claiming 2.6 Million.
The Red Cross WWII report found no evidence of genocide. Churchill's book 'Second World War' and Eisenhower's WWII book also make no mention of 'gas chambers' or 'genocide' of Jews.

The first European revisionist was Professor Paul Rassinier, a decorated French Resistance member and postwar member of the French National Assembly. Rassinier was arrested by the gestapo and interned for the last two years of the war at the Buchenwald-Dora concentration camp complex. After the war He confronted former inmates who wrote books about their experiences at the camp and claimed that they were witnesses to the execution of Jews and others by means of a gas chamber. Rassinier claimed that allegations of massing killing by gas chambers were invented, just plain fabricated. Rassinier persistently challenged these claims and in the 1960’s the Center for Contemporary History in Germany along with Yad Vashem retracted their claims that there were gassings at Buchenwald, Dachau, and all the concentration camps located in Germany (Third Reich) proper. The official story from that time on was that the gas chambers were located in the camps in occupied Poland such as Auschwitz, Treblinka, etc… How come it took almost 20 yeasr after the end of the war to establish that there were no gas chambers in Dachau when U.S. Army cameramen were narrating and showing film footage of a homocidal gas chamber in Dachau after its liberation ? In the hysteria of WWII many irresponsible claims were made against our enemies. The same happened with the human soap story and the lamp shade made of human skin. When Pope John Paul II visited Auschwitz in 1979 the plaques stated that 4.5 million people perished at the complex. In 2005 at the 60th anniversay of the camps liberation, the plaques stated between 900,000 and 1,5 million people perished at the camp. Cleary , any thinking person must view with
suspicion an official , not subject to question, indisputable, overwhelmingly documented , truer than true version of the Drama of the European Jews during WWII. Is the truth not enough ? Were deportations to camps where strict conditions and epedemic outbreaks not enough of a hardship for a large number of Europe’s Jews ? Surely we can agree that these actions were cruel as was the deportation of Japanese Americans.
It seems simply if Germany does too much or too little than they are evil and guilty in both situations no matter what they do on the world stage.

World War 2 happenned. That is pretty clear from the evidence and witnesses that still abound. But that being said- the actual number of lives lost and crimes committed- including killing jews, may never be exactly known. First off, alot of evidence was lost or intentionally destroyed . But, to study it, (world war 2) and all that occurred is the right of everyone who wants too. If someone finds evidence that the holocaust did not occur to the extent jews claim (according to his notes etc.) HE SHOULD NOT BE IMPRISONED. HIs view point should be discussed- FREELY- The crime here is imprisonment of research and study- IF THIS GUY IS WRONG- and he well may be- so WHAT-- he was wrong- havent you ever added two numbers together and gotten it wrong on a math test? you werent jailed for it.
