I believe the real problem is that they expected Poland to finance parts of the system but wanted to keep its administration fully in u.s hands. *lol*
Thats indeed a *poor* offer.
Oh, so...how come? Now Poland is not afraid of those horrible non-existent Iranian missiles anymore?
