Apparently Putin said 'There is no USSR, there is no Warsaw Pact. Against whom does NATO exist?'

NATO does not exist against anyone in particular, NATO exists to serve the common interests of its member states, NATO unlike the defunct Warsaw Pact is a voluntary alliance, still thinking in cold war terms Vlad - isn't it time you grew up?
