Must drive the bureaucrats crazy...the commoners telling them to go shag themselves. The common man in Europe usually appears to have common sense, and the European elites usually display the sort of sense best exemplified by the recent U.S. Supreme Courts' decision to give U.S. citizens' legal rights to Al-Qaeda and the Taliban. And if that is the case...none of the E.U. legislation will ever make it past a popular vote.
