Other then rhetoric did any Georgins see any NATO boots or even couple of ships in the black sea when Russia was blockading. Turkey a NATO member was next door but kept well away. Reality is there is only constant rhetoric from NATO. Look at NATO in Afghanistan, totally bogged down by a bunch of tribesman, with some countries refusing to fight. The only country who really matters is US, what they want NATO will do, and Bush doesn't want to pick a fight with the Russians over Georgia. Russians has also shown in just a few days they have routed this US trained army. The world is now upside down, once NATO dictated to Russia, but that is no longer true. Russians under Putin have resurrected them selves. Now outside the CFE control, Russia is more likely re-arming. It is likely they will choose the time to come out of INF.
