Materazzi sidelined for three weeks

Milan - Inter Milan defender Marco Materazzi faces a three-week absence following an injury he suffered during a midweek Champions League game, the club's website said Thursday.
Materazzi, 35, pulled a muscle in his right thigh early in a home game that the Italian champions drew 1-1 against Werder Bremen.
