Estonian residents of Russian background are living incredibly well in Estonia judging from the beautiful houses they are building along the water around Tallinn. No poverty or discrimination seen there. Since regaining its independence in 1991, people living in Estonia have complete freedom of movement. Anyone missing mother Russia is free to return to it. I gather few have. In Georgia, Putin's government tried to play out the next acts of Stalin's forced russification program. Let's hope the free civilized world does not allow Russia to practice ethnic genocide again ever.
