Don't worry SP4 by the time they get the rubber bands wound up for the return journey it could take months.
Their ships on a 1 to 1 basis have longer ranges, more powerful A/S missiles with heavier warheads, and more submarines than the USN can count.
The Russian Navy certainly scared Kennedy in 1963 so maybe you should have some fear too.
Ships that do breakdown are currently in the French and British navies.
