Swedish foreign minister says EU ambassadors leaving Honduras

Stockholm - All European Union ambassadors have left Honduras amid 'uncertainty' in developments there, Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bildt said Thursday in a written statement on his blog.
Sweden on Wednesday took over the six-month rotating presidency of the EU.
'There is considerable uncertainty about developments in Honduras,' Bildt said in the entry on his blog.
He added that the EU was discussing how to seek a 'swift return' to constitutional rule in the Central American country.
The EU move came after a coup Sunday that ousted President Manuel Zelaya.
The coup has been criticized by among others the United Nations and the Organization of American States (OAS).
