108 would-be migrants arrive in Spain
Jul 4, 2009, 13:36 GMT
Madrid - Seven boats carrying 108 would-be migrants including several children were intercepted by Spanish coastguards off the southern coast in the Almeria area, police said Saturday.
They said the would-be migrants were beliveed to have come from Morocco, and were all in good condition. They were taken to reception camps.
Recent months have seen fewer such migrants arriving in Spain, with authorities there putting this down to people becoming increasingly aware of the lack of jobs during the economic crisis.

There would be no 'would be immigrants' if 'the press' would begin to report honestly, fairly and correctly. If you would quit running articles about the number of 'immigrants' washed ashore, etc and report them as '18 ilegal aliens attemping to illegally enter Spain (the United States, etc) were washed ashore off the coast of Almeria (Miami, etc). Had they succeeded in violating Spanish (U.S.) laws and Constitution, they would have been imprisoned and fined $1,000 Euros(Dollars)as well as returned to their native country.' Voila! No more illegal aliens arriving - alive or dead!!! Plus a great deal more integrity granted to 'the press.'
