Six killed in Turkish bloodbath
Jul 21, 2009, 13:04 GMT
Istanbul - A father and two of his sons shot dead six people and injured seven in the south-east Turkish province of Elazig on Tuesday, the region's governor told NTV television.
The trio opened fire as their victims were working in fields outside the village of Karaali, Governor Muammer Musma said. The gunmen later fled.
The motive for the attack was unclear, but reports said the three men had shown signs of abnormal behaviour in the past, prompting villagers to complain about them to police.
