ETA's deputy political leader detained in France

Madrid - French police have detained the alleged deputy political leader of the militant Basque separatist group ETA, Spanish police sources said Monday.
Aitor Elizaran Aguilar was captured near Le Mans in the north. Police also held a woman identified as Oihana San Vicente.
The arrests were based on a joint investigation by French and Spanish police.
