Youth-team coach Baroni takes helm at troubled Siena

Rome - Serie A bottom club Siena on Thursday announced the firing of coach Marco Giampaolo.
Siena said on their website that Giampaolo will be replaced by their youth-team coach Marco Baroni.
The Tuscany club are the sixth to change coach this season, following Atalanta, Bologna, Livorno, Napoli and Roma.
