Earthquake rattles Greek Ionian islands

Athens - An earthquake measuring 5.7 on the Richter scale shook the Greek Ionian islands on Tuesday, but caused no immediate injuries or damage, the Geodynamic Institute said.
The quake recorded at 7:20 am (0520 GMT) had an epicentre 334 kilometres west of the Greek capital Athens, at a depth of about 10 kilometres below the seabed near the tourist island of Zakynthos.
